Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2-7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During launches, sales, or holidays, processing times may be slightly extended.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Rates & Delivery
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Estimated delivery times:
Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
Express Shipping: 1–3 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Xobodi is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been shipped and handed over to the carrier. If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be found, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
Order Tracking
Tracking information will be sent via email once your order ships. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
International Shipping
We currently offer international shipping. Additional customs fees or import duties may apply depending on your country.
